The Human Resources department, located at the Fairfield Town Office, is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, support and guidance of our skilled workforce. We promote a safe and healthy work environment that is diverse and supports employees' best efforts.
The department provides services to employees and the public that include: collective bargaining, training, employee assistance program services, comprehensive benefits, risk assessment, and claims management. We offer these services in a flexible, confidential, responsive, and professional manner.
