- The Health Officer inspects the premises of the bottle club to determine whether premises meet proper Health and Safety Standards; and
- A written report of his/her findings shall be made to the Town Council by each Officer.
No license shall be granted to any bottle club if it is found that the premises and buildings to be used do not fully comply with the Town Ordinances and State Statutes pertaining to the health and safety of the public.
A license issued for a bottle club shall be displayed at all times in a conspicuous place on the premises. All bottle club licenses shall expire one year from the date of issue.
