Board Of Appeals For Voter Registration
The Board of Appeals for Voter Registration meets upon receipt of a complaint by any Fairfield Resident who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar of Voters. In this event, the Board of Appeals immediately schedules a Board meeting for a prompt hearing. After hearing the complaint, the Board may affirm, modify, or reverse the decision by unanimous consent.
The final outcome of any decision by the Board of Appeals may be further appealed to District Court.
