THE FRIENDS OF THE LAWRENCE PUBLIC LIBRARY
What does your library do for you?
- Provides education and entertainment in the media of books, audio books, music, movies, computers and events for adults including book discussions, trivia night, knitting, etc.
- Serves as a meeting place for the Fairfield Historical Society
- Provides public access computers and printers for job searches, applications and resumes.
- Children's programs include story time, pre-k playgroup, summer reading, Halloween, Christmas, etc.

- Friends stimulate public support for the library and promote awareness and use of the library resources available.
- Assist in maintaining, improving and enlarging the resources and services of the library.
